Predictions didn't come to pass and answers are general at times. Most are fake, some of them “make sense”. The issue is that the admin won’t hold psychics responsible. If you give an honest 1 rating, they remove it.

App not working

A lot of fake psychics here they consistently have an attitude which makes sense if you ask them too many questions you’ll see who’s fake. Only accurate one is Tobias , stormi, Mona, maud, Kelley Anne, or Kat they never lie or sugar coat anything. Genuine kind souls and they don’t allow you to waste your money they go right into it. Take it from someone who’s wasted hundreds everyone else is a waste of time and has internal issues or projections going on.

They crazy... they didn’t let h leave bad review if we only leave good review how the world we know if which psychic is good and which one is sugarcoat?

I haven’t tried calling but none of the psychics answer your messages. Totally waste of money.

Must biggest frustration is that they don’t allow you to leave written feedback unless it’s positive. You can’t write “prediction did not pass” or tell if an advisor was rude to you. I asked the same yes or no question will to 5 psychics only two gave a yes or no answer. The others said things like “spirit says protect your heart” or “I don’t feel he will be the one for you”. My question was “would I hear from him again?” Simple yes or no - I didn’t ask for the extraness. Then when I asked customer service for a refund on the points for the question that still was unanswered - they said that the advisors answered my question suitably. I didn’t ask the advisors if the guy I wanted to hear from would be my husband or even boyfriend - I just asked if the guy would call. I would prefer a simple “no” - not the avoidance of my question so that I have to ask again.

They force you to call to get an answer. I used the email a question and still get no answer

I bought points and had to use points to follow up why my question not be responded too after 3 days. No psychics online either and to registrar would not take my email. Rip off!!!

They basically stole my money! The psychic never called me, and when I asked for a refund they said I put my number in wrong which was a lie and I sent them a screenshot of the booking.. do not use these people! Save your money and use a different service or order a pizza and watch Netflix to be at ease.

When using the app to schedule a call back, I have been charged 10% more consistently. I email them and they refund my credits that I have been overcharged but I have no idea how long this has occurred. They have been aware of this 'glitch' for a while however have not fixed it and I'm sure have been overcharging for a while.

I spent money to ask a question and never was given my points. Also charged me 3x the amount posted Support never addressed the issue. Will not pay again.

It's a great app once you finally find that true psychic that is not only connected with you but is a REAL psychic. A few hit and miss and wasted money but found a few that are always accurate. TIP: a real psychic won't ask too many questions and give you an exact date and time.

NOT SURE, BUT, when some of them r online , they r under a diff name than when I had asked them questions earlier, weird! Some r gone, skeptical of some of their answers😬 . They all basically can give u answers but a few prob. r legit.

Terrible! Seriously you spend money and these psychics don't answer any of your questions and just work around your question. So far waver ground they said either is a lie or hasn't come true. They don't know what they are talking about.

Ever sense I've been using this app I've always wrote messages to TaraFolan and they have always been spot on. But I just recently went to ask her something and she seems to not be reading anymore and I'm sad

I had a problem with the app and they were quick to respond to me and was able to resolve the issue quickly. They were polite and prompt. I wish all customer service would be like the owners of this app. As far as the psychics go, it's trial and error to find one you click with. I just do the written readings. I haven't done any phone readings. Kenny is a sweetheart, kind, understanding and funny.

Was given answers that were irrelevant and insulting and completely FALSE. Person on other end completely made things up that had nothing to do with what I was asking.

I asked 4 different psychics the SAME EXACT question. Every single one came back with completely different responses.

I BOUGHT 300 points and THEY HAVENT GIVEN ME MY POINTS BUT MY ITUNES MONEY IS GONE!!!! This app is garbage! It's probably a big scam

Be very cautious with this site there's a few very good psychics on here however most can take close to three days to respond and if they failed to respond you are promised a credit and when you request that credit what winds up happening is they withdraw 50 points instead of crediting you. There is many glitches with this app again you need to be cautious if you type in a message often it will go ahead and send it before you get done typing it losing another 50 points. Their customer service is terrible they will do anything to get out of crediting you and request that you take screenshots etc. and will threaten if you don't have that they will not respond. It's a shame because there's a few good psychics on there but unfortunately their customer service is a scam!

Unable to get my messages, I emailed support 3 times however never heard anything about that they are investigated, iPad and iPhone all current software, advisors are awesome. MagicMichele is awesome, it's just a shame that I can't retrieve my messages that I paid to retrieve. Real sad

There isn't any consistency and the answers are not always correct. I would say to stay away from PsychicSunn. She is VERY rude, mean & has no compassion at all.

How would I become a psychic on there?

MysticTara was amazing. She has a very calming voice that allows you to leave the reading with a feeling of peace. She doesn't sugar coat the reading. She gives you good & bad and it was great!!

The psychics are really good... I enjoyed talking to them over the phone and/or messaging them .. Dani is really good & replies quickly ... I recommend all of them but my top favorite was psychicDani

I spoke to Phoenixia, and I highly recommend her. She was awesome and very accurate. I'm rating the experience a five because of her excellence. Warning, if the psychic is on the phone with someone else, do not put yourself on hold because you will lose minutes holding. I lost 6 minutes waiting for her for five minutes and one minute from waiting to be connected to her. I will call her again when I need a reading. I enjoyed the experience once I got on the phone with her.

Those who sending the messages and wondering why u havent got a text back,is because half of them dont work them anymore..they just still have their picture up...i have a close friend...which is JennaDawn...who no longer work with told me this...im starting to think they are scamming people...because i purchased points but never recieve them

Depends who you get. Mystic Tara, Caroline, Autum are pretty legit. They accurate and they give a full quality reading worth your money and time. I have tried all three and they have actually said similar things. It's crazy. The site over all is ok. They have a colorscope and horoscope. Please don't talk to a psychic thru your card. Do points they are cheaper.

She answers like a robot and doesn't answer your questions. When asked again, she has the nerve to just repeat herself with her usual canned answer, which doesn't even relate to the questions. Do not use her! Some are actually great like Coraline!
