Some Readers Excellent-/ Platform Infested!

Several Readers excellent. But the combination of the business and tech platform is too frustrating to continue. You buy points only to have them used up waiting for announcement to play. The sound check is ok-ed, only to have the reader unable to hear you eating up more points. Then you use the phone option having been told by the reader to use it and the automated message says no readers are On-line, when you just spoke to the one you wanted and can see that several are on line. Customer service is un responsive. Sadly a good idea with good readers, but packed with too many gremlins to make it worth it.
